Discover

During the discovery stage our goal is to learn more about the organization, its leadership team, and the current risk management and insurance program in place.

Strategy

In this stage, the findings of the discovery phase are analyzed, discussed, and an improved risk management and insurance program is developed. This includes brainstorming ways the organization can lower insurance costs through risk treatment such as avoidance, contractual transfer, and retention.

Plan Implementation

Now it's time to execute. We receive, review, deliver, and explain the insurance policies, and collaborate on what we want ongoing support to look like.

Monitor

With a sound risk management and insurance program in place, we move to the monitoring stage where we are documenting discussions and decisions made during the policy year.
